My story: turning complexity into a clear direction.
My name is Elisabetta Rondelli. I was born in Bologna and now work in Milan, where I help businesses, teams and professionals give their marketing a clear direction. Since 2016, I have combined creative sensitivity, commercial intuition and a structured approach to put priorities, processes and decisions in order.

Born in Bologna. Based in Milan. Drawn to Asia.
I was born in Bologna and now work in Milan, bringing together people, ideas and markets. I love Asia: its many cultures, languages and the way tradition and innovation meet. My work with YICGG and the AI for Peace programme in Shanghai strengthened my connection with China. I bring that curiosity to every project, looking for useful links between people, technology and business goals.
Experience built through real projects, year after year.
I started working independently in 2016. Since then, I have supported organisations across different sectors, building digital work around clear goals and measurable indicators—from editorial planning to the strategic set-up of lead generation campaigns.
This experience helps me work within organisations with a clear understanding of business goals, budget constraints and strategic direction.
Finding the real question beneath the brief.
My degree in Communication and Society from the University of Milan gave me an academic foundation in audience analysis, message development and data interpretation. Clients value my commercial intuition and empathy: I ask the right questions to uncover what is left unsaid and quickly understand what may work in a market.
“Putting things in order begins with understanding the people who will make them happen.”
Creative thinking for complex problems.
My training at the Digital Art Academy is a foundation of the way I work today. It was not simply about aesthetics; it taught me to look at a context from different perspectives, experiment with multimedia languages and connect technologies in unexpected ways.
That visual and structural sensitivity now informs my brand storytelling and the design of user journeys and editorial flows. I make complex ideas easier to understand, so innovation stays accessible and clear.
International experience, practical perspective.
My approach to innovation and adaptable problem-solving has grown through cultural exchange and collaborative work across different settings.
YICGG — AI for Peace
In 2025, I joined the YICGG at Fudan University in Shanghai for an international exchange on “AI for Peace”. Hearing different perspectives on AI and complex global challenges strengthened my interest in responsible innovation. In my work, I bring the same attention to context and people before introducing a new tool.
Non-formal learning and intercultural exchange
In 2026, I took part in Youth@Work in Batumi, Georgia, exploring non-formal education and intercultural exchange. Working with people and learning styles from different backgrounds strengthened the way I listen, facilitate collaboration and adapt training to the group in front of me.
Digital Green Innovation & Green Jobs
In 2021 and 2023, I joined initiatives in Cyprus on Digital Green Innovation and Green Jobs. The link between digital innovation and sustainability left me with a question I still bring to consulting: how can we design processes that are useful, considered and built to last?
Continuous learning informs my teaching.
Alongside my client work, I have designed and delivered training and applied projects for professional schools and organisations since 2024. Teaching keeps me current and asks me to explain new tools with clarity and care.
